About Me
- Name: Shamblesguru
- Location: Chiangmai , Thailand
I've been working across S.E.Asia for the last thirty five years - the first 24 in Hong Kong focusing on k-12 education and the continuing professional development of teachers in an international environment. Since 2002 I've been living in Chiangmai, Thailand, working across the region within my own consultancy "The Education Project Asia' supporting teachers and life-long learners related to educational technology. My primary guidelines have always been to support the 'self esteem' of all individuals I've been fortunate to work with ... if people feel good about themselves then they can achieve the impossible. In parallel with this belief is also to realise the collaborative nature of learning and also that of self-directed learning as necessary life skills for 21st century citizens. It is true that we have been very negligent about the pollution levels of the environment and now trying to do a lot of quick fixing and damage control...Better late than never.
